EASSE 2025 Registration 

We are excited to invite you to participate in the 12th East Asian Symposium on Superconducting Electronics (EASSE 2025). Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration. 

Registration Process

Complete the Online Registration Form

1. • Please fill out the EASSE 2025 Registration Form.

   • Provide accurate information, including your full name, affiliation, contact details, and any special requirements.

   • Registration Form 

   • Registration Form (For participants unable to fill out the Google Form)

   • Hotel Reservation Form

Note: 

• The designated partner hotel for this reservation is THE ARCHIPELAGO.

• The reservation prices for THE ARCHIPELAGO are as follows: 

• Regarding accommodation, you may also consider the OA Hotel located next to the conference venue. The price ranges from NT$3,800 to NT$4,700 per night, and you can book the accommodation yourself.

Receive Your Registration Number

1. • After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique registration number. Please keep this number handy, as you will need it for abstract submission and conference-related communications.

Payment of Registration Fees

1. • Detailed information regarding the registration fees and payment options will be provided upon completion of the registration form.

   • Early bird registration discounts are available until [02/16/2025]. Regular registration fees apply after this date.

Abstract Submission

1. • If you plan to submit an abstract, please include your registration number on the abstract template.

   • Abstracts can be submitted through the Abstract Submission or via email to easse2025@gmail.com.

Accommodation

1. • Information on recommended hotels and booking procedures can be found on the Accommodation page.

   • Special rates are available for EASSE 2025 participants. Early booking is advised to secure your accommodation.

Registration Fees

• Early Bird: NTD 14,400 / USD 450 (before [02/16/2025])

• Regular Participant: NTD 17,600 / USD 550 (after [02/17/2025])

• Student: NTD 4,800 / USD 150

• On-Site: NTD 17,500 / USD 550

Note: 

• Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, materials, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner.

• The fee for this event will be based on New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). The actual cost may vary depending on the exchange rate of different countries' or bank transaction fees. Please note that fluctuations in the exchange rate and related fees may affect the final payment amount.

※Regular participants include post-docs, researchers, professors

Additional Information:

• The registration fees for regular & student participants include the banquet fee, which is NTD 1,300 (USD 40).

• The tour fee includes one lunch box, and the program of the technical tour is detailed on the Program page.

• Participation in the special event for high school students and the general public is free of charge. This event is open to all, including local high school students and general public, without any registration fee.
